Stress from Divorce is a Culprit in Female Hair Loss

Marriage is synonymous with sacrifice, but when it comes to divorce, the level of that a person gives up skyrockets.

Loss of a partner, money, and time with children is enough to stress anyone out, but a recent study shows that divorce affects women and men differently.

While men tend to bounce back quickly, the stress seems to weight heavily on women, for long periods of time.

One side effect of divorce, according to the study, is hair loss. While it affected women, divorce is not a cause of hair loss in men.

Experts believe that a woman's state-of-mind and her health are directly connected, especially when it comes to hair loss.
